See what the world actually sees.
Then fix it.

Most businesses don't know what their digital footprint really looks like to a customer, a competitor, or a threat actor. We do a frank, research-backed audit of your website, app, social presence, public reviews, and competitive position. No vanity metrics. No sugar-coating.

What we audit

A frank picture
of where you actually stand.

Most digital audits are produced by the agency that wants to sell you services afterwards โ€” which creates an obvious incentive to find problems and a subtler incentive to avoid pointing out ones they can't fix. Ours are independent. We have no interest in alarming you unnecessarily and no reason to soften things that need to be said.

  • Website performance, technical SEO, and security posture
  • Social media presence, tone, and audience perception
  • Public review landscape across Google, Trustpilot, and sector-specific platforms
  • Competitive gap analysis against your 3 closest rivals

Who commissions
a digital audit.

Businesses Before a Rebrand

Before you spend on a new brand, website, or marketing push โ€” understand exactly what's costing you now. An audit tells you what to fix, what to keep, and what to build on so your investment lands in the right place.

๐Ÿ“‰

Companies That Feel They're Losing Ground

If traffic is flat, enquiries are declining, or you suspect a competitor is pulling ahead โ€” an audit tells you precisely why. We've found issues in this scenario ranging from a single mis-configured robots.txt to a reputation problem no one internally had flagged.

Anyone Without a Recent Independent Review

If your last digital audit was done by a supplier who was also selling you services, you probably didn't get a fully honest picture. An independent audit every 12โ€“18 months is standard governance for any business that depends on its digital presence.

Common questions

Audit questions, answered.

The questions we get asked before someone commissions their first independent audit.

Ask us directly โ†’
What exactly does the audit cover?

The standard audit covers your website (technical SEO, performance, security), your social media presence (all active platforms), your public review landscape (Google, Trustpilot, and any sector-relevant platforms), and a competitive benchmark against 3 competitors you nominate. We can scope it down to a specific area (e.g., technical SEO only) or expand it to include your app, your ad accounts, or your email marketing โ€” depending on what's most relevant.

How long does an audit take?

The standard comprehensive audit takes 10 working days from the point we have access to the accounts and tools we need. A narrower audit (e.g., technical SEO only) can be completed in 5 working days. We'll confirm the timeline when scoping the project.

Do you implement the changes or just advise?

The audit is advisory by design โ€” it gives you a clear, independent view of the situation and a prioritised roadmap. Implementation is a separate engagement. Some clients implement the roadmap themselves, some bring us in to do it, and some take the report to their existing suppliers. The audit is useful regardless of who does the work.

How often should we commission an audit?

For most businesses, every 12โ€“18 months is right. After a major website rebuild, a rebrand, or a significant search algorithm update โ€” commission one immediately. If you're in a competitive or regulated sector where your digital presence is business-critical, annual audits should be part of your standard operating cadence.
