Engineering

Built to your exact spec.
Not someone else's template.

When off-the-shelf doesn't fit your operation, we engineer exactly what you need — from scratch, to spec, on time. If an existing platform can solve your problem, we'll say so. If it can't, we'll build it.

What we build

The system your
business actually needs.

Most businesses have a problem that sits just outside what any SaaS product covers. It's too specific, too integrated with other systems, or too operationally critical to trust to a vendor with a product roadmap you don't control. That's exactly what we build.

  • Bespoke system design — architecture you own and understand
  • Legacy system integration & migration — no rip-and-replace required
  • Third-party API connectivity — CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, logistics
  • Full source code, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer

Our process

From problem statement
to working system.

We start with your problem, not a proposed solution. The architecture follows from a real understanding of your constraints.

01
📋
Requirements Engineering

We extract, document, and challenge your requirements before proposing anything. Deliverable: a signed-off requirements specification.

02
🗺️
Architecture Design

System architecture diagram, data model, API contracts, and tech stack recommendation — reviewed with your team before build begins.

03
⚙️
Agile Development

Iterative sprints with working demos. Your team tests each feature against the requirements specification — not just our interpretation of it.

Integration & Handover

System integration testing, documentation, staff training, and a structured handover to your team or a nominated technical contact.

Everything included

No nasty surprises.
Just the system you ordered.

Requirements Documentation
Formal spec document you sign off — the contractual foundation for the entire build.
System Architecture Design
Diagrams, data models, and API contracts reviewed with your technical team.
Full-stack Development
Frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure — owned and built by one team.
Third-party API Integration
CRMs, ERPs, payment processors, logistics APIs, and custom legacy connectors.
Automated Testing Suite
Unit, integration, and end-to-end tests that run on every code push.
Deployment & Infrastructure
Production environment setup, CI/CD pipeline, monitoring, and alerts configured.
Technical Documentation
Architecture docs, API reference, deployment runbook, and codebase README.
Staff Training
Recorded training sessions for end users and admin staff covering day-to-day operation.
30-day Post-launch Support
Bug fixes, edge case handling, and your team's questions — included with every project.
Built for

Who needs
custom solutions.

🏭

Mid-size Enterprises

Businesses that have outgrown their current systems but can't afford the disruption of a full ERP implementation. We build the specific module or integration that bridges the gap.

⚙️

Operations-heavy Businesses

Logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and field services companies whose operations are too complex and too specific for any off-the-shelf platform to handle properly.

🔬

Companies with Unique Workflows

If your business has a proprietary process, regulatory requirement, or operational constraint that no vendor has ever solved properly — that's exactly the problem we're set up to solve.

Common questions

Custom build questions, answered.

The questions we get asked most in discovery — with the honest answers.

Ask us directly →
What if we don't know exactly what we need?

That's the most common starting point. We offer a paid discovery engagement (typically 1–2 weeks) that results in a requirements specification and architecture recommendation. This gives you a clear picture of scope and cost before committing to a full build, and the output is yours to take to any supplier.

Can you work with our existing technology stack?

In most cases, yes. We've worked with Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, and more. If your existing stack is technically sound, we'll work within it. If there's a case for migrating part of it, we'll make that argument with evidence — not because we prefer a particular technology.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance after launch?

Yes — most of our custom solution clients move to a retainer after handover. This covers bug fixes, dependency updates, minor feature additions, and monitoring. We also offer a dedicated support contract for business-critical systems that require guaranteed response times.

How do you handle scope changes during a build?

We use a formal change request process. If a new requirement is raised mid-build, we assess the impact on timeline and cost, document it, and you decide whether to proceed. Nothing gets added to scope without written agreement — which protects you from budget creep and protects us from undefined work.

Let's solve it properly

Describe the problem.
We'll engineer the solution.

The best custom builds start with a problem statement, not a feature list. Tell us what's not working and we'll figure out the right way to fix it.
